Cancellation policy

We try to be fair both to you and to the detailer whose day we hold for your booking.
1. Free reschedule
You can reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before the slot — just email or text us.
2. Late changes
Inside the 24-hour window, or no-show, the €20 deposit is non-refundable. You can still rebook a new slot.
3. Weather
Light rain: we work under a mobile canopy. Heavy rain, storm, or temperature below –10 °C: we reschedule for free. A covered parking spot makes weather a non-issue.
4. On-site refusal
If the cabin condition on arrival is materially worse than declared (undisclosed biohazard, mold, etc.), we will quote the surcharge before continuing. If you decline, the deposit covers the call-out and no further charge applies.
5. Cancellation by us
If we must cancel for any reason on our side, we refund the deposit in full and offer a 10% discount on your rescheduled booking.
