Privacy policy

CarCare Mobile Oy (the controller) processes your personal data under the EU GDPR and the Finnish Data Protection Act.

2. Data we collect

• Contact details: name, email, phone — to confirm and deliver the booking.
• Service details: address, vehicle, condition photos — to perform the cleaning.
• Payment details: handled by our payment processor — we never store card numbers.
• Analytics: anonymous page views via a privacy-respecting analytics tool.

3. Legal basis

Contractual necessity (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) for booking data; legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) for analytics; consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) for non-essential cookies.

4. Retention

Booking and invoice records are kept for 6 years as required by Finnish accounting law. Photos are deleted 90 days after the job, unless you ask us sooner.

5. Sharing

We share data only with payment processors, email/SMS providers and our accountant — all under EU/EEA data-processing agreements.

6. Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your data, or object to processing, by emailing info@carcaremobilefi.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).

7. Cookies

We use only essential cookies (language preference, consent state) plus anonymous analytics. No advertising trackers.
