These terms apply to all bookings made with CarCare Mobile Oy (Y-tunnus 0000000-0), Helsinki, Finland.
1. Service
We provide on-site mobile interior detailing in the Helsinki capital region. Quoted prices include 25.5% Finnish VAT. The final invoice may differ from the online estimate if the cabin condition on arrival differs materially from what was declared during booking — we will always confirm any change before starting work.
2. Booking & deposit
A €20 deposit is required to reserve a slot. The deposit is deducted from your final invoice. The slot is guaranteed only once the deposit clears.
3. Customer obligations
To deliver the result you booked, you agree to:
- Disclose pet hair, smoke, biohazard or heavy stains during booking — these affect time and price.
- Provide safe access to the vehicle and one car-length of working space.
- Remove personal valuables from the cabin before we start.
4. Payment
The balance is due on completion on-site: card, MobilePay or invoice (14-day terms for verified businesses). A digital receipt is sent by email.
5. Liability
We are fully insured. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or items left in the vehicle. Claims must be raised within 24 hours of completion with photo evidence.
6. Aftercare
Wet cleaning leaves the cabin damp for 6–24 hours. Failure to follow the aftercare instructions left on your dashboard is the most common cause of mildew and is not covered by the satisfaction guarantee.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Finnish law. Consumer disputes may be referred to the Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi).
